KAELAH FRIESEN, Co-founder & Creative Director
While Kaelah may be the face you see here, Sea and Stone is led in equal partnership. Kaelah is the principal interior designer and co-founder of Sea & Stone Construction. Her love of design started at a young age, with her parents allowing her to design her own bedrooms experimenting with layouts and colors long before design became her career.
With nearly a decade of experience in residential real estate, Kaelah has built a portfolio that includes the full design of two expansive custom homes between 4,000–6,000 sq ft, along with her own home in Calgary where she lived for 10 years, before returning to Halifax in 2021 to put down roots and launch the business she had always envisioned creating in her hometown.
When she isn’t working, you’ll usually find Kaelah at the golf course, rink, trying her best attempts at learning guitar, or her head buried in a good book. We believe that the spirit of Sea and Stone encompasses Kaelah and the team's approachable, easy going and inspired way of living.
